Damaged Orders & Refunds
Chocolates are perishable goods and we are therefore not able to accept the return of these goods for reasons of hygiene.
We are only able to cancel an order if the goods have NOT been dispatched prior to the cancelation request.
We do operate a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Chocolates are quite fragile and easily damaged. If the products arrive at their destination damaged or fail to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue, please immediately contact us at lebkuchen@metzgersoehne.com, so that we can discuss an appropriate resolution.
