SHIPPING: Terms & Costs

In this section you will find the UK shipping options available for items sold and shipped by Metzger & Söhne Ltd. Shipping in Europe is handled by Metzger & Söhne GmbH at www.metzgersoehne.com.

Please note that shipping will be delivered from Monday to Friday.

If the purchase order is placed before 9:30 am, it will be processed on the same day and it allow you to receive the order in 72 working hours except in the event of major force or unforeseeable circumstances. After this time the period of one to two days starts from the day following that in which Metzger & Söhne confirmed the order by email of order confirmation.

Shipments are done between Monday and Friday - Metzger & Söhne Ltd is closed during weekends.

That service is done by courier DPD local.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries to islands and remote areas may vary in delivery times.

Shipping in the UK

• Standard Shipping 2-4 business days: £5.50
• Express Shipping 1-3 business days (For Orders Placed Before 09:30am): £10.00
• Free Standard Shipping on Orders over £55.00

Chocolates are perishable goods and we are therefore not able to accept the return of these goods for reasons of hygiene. See our refund policy.
